- Operates from 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz with bandwidths of 25 kHz to 20 MHz
- Protocols supported include: LTE, HSPA, WCDMA, EVDO, CDMA2000, GSM, and many others
- Accepts 19.2 / 26 / 38.4 / 52 MHz crystals
- 128-pin, 7x7 mm FBGA Package
- 130 nm digital CMOS technology
